Gone West announces debut album
Gone West, featuring Colbie Caillat, have announced the release of their debut project Canyons, due June 12. All 13 songs featured on the project were written by the quartet, which includes Caillat, Jason Reeves, Nelly Joy and Justin Kawika Young. Today (March 3), Billboard premieres “Slow Down,” the album’s first instant grat track. Shimmering guitar features and Gone West’s memorable harmonies captivate as the band sings of living in the moment on “Slow Down.” The infectious song features Vince Gill on electric guitar, and was co-written by all four members of the band with Jamie Kenney, who also serves as producer on the track.
